After their culinary trip passing through La Rive, Vossius, de Kas and Le Cirque, Chef Luc Kusters and sommelier Xavier Giesen decided to follow their dream and open their restaurant. The new restaurant 'Bolenius' is located at George Gershwinlaan at the prestigious Zuidas in Amsterdam.
Bolenius has a clean interiour whilst their kitchen defines itselves as ' innovative with respec for Nature and Tradition'
